Why You Definitely Don't Want To Miss My Upcoming Trip To Tenerife
Travel is definitely one of my biggest passions in life, as I truly believe it is one of the best things for your mind, body, and soul. When I was younger, my brother and I were lucky to be taken on a whole host of amazing family holidays abroad including Italy many times to visit family, other beautiful European countries such as France and Spain, and incredible exotic destinations like Zimbabwe, Malaysia, and Australia. Ever since then I have had a strong sense of wanderlust to see the world.
Now, even more so I choose experiences over things because while products lose value over time, the memories of an amazing trip really will last a lifetime. Next month I will be heading off to Tenerife for the first time, for some more amazing life experiences which I will share with you via social media and this blog. I will be bringing you guys along for the ride!

I have been kindly invited by the RDO (Resort Development Organisation) to go and stay at the beautiful Pearly Grey Ocean Club in Costa Adeje and enjoy some of the amazing things that Tenerife has to offer. Last summer I relocated to Lanzarote from the UK, as it is a fascinating and beautiful island.
The Canary Islands, in general, are perfect for me, as I have always loved warm, sunny weather and beaches which these incredible islands have in abundance. There is a reason that the Canaries have often been described as having "the best climate in the world"!

So far, as well as living in Lanzarote and enjoying holidays here, I have also stayed on Fuerteventura and the small island of La Graciosa. I am eager to explore the other islands though, as all of them are renowned for their own unique beauty, while still having an incredible climate.
While I love Lanzarote, from everything I have heard from friends, family, and others, Tenerife is definitely worth visiting as it is one of the top travel destinations in Europe, and perhaps even the world.

In Tenerife, I will be staying at the Pearly Grey Ocean Club which sits on the south-west coast of the island, on the Costa Adeje, with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean from the apartments, restaurant and swimming pool.

Pearly Grey is one of the top timeshare resorts in Tenerife with excellent facilities to compliment its breath-taking location, including gym, wellness centre, sports facilities, top-quality entertainment, and bars and restaurants such as The Edge Terrace Bar where you can enjoy high-quality food and drink while gazing out at unrivalled views of the ocean.

If staying at Pearly Grey Ocean Club wasn't enough, I have also been invited by the RDO and the resort to go on a number of exciting excursions which all sound unique and like once in a lifetime experiences! While these haven't been finalized yet, this is a taste of some of the things I will be getting up to on my trip in Tenerife:

A cable car ride up Mount Teide, the highest point in the whole of Spain which stands at a staggering 12,200 feet (3,718 metres):
Trekking experience in the unique and incredible ravines of Masca:
Mount Teide by night (sunset and star gazing):
Invitation to go and see the award-winning The Sound of Musicals show which is a mix of singing, dancing, and comedy, and includes a meal and drinks courtesy of Showtime Tenerife:
You can probably tell why I'm super excited to visit Tenerife, stay in the beautiful Pearly Grey Ocean Club and experience all these incredible excursions. For any travel writer and lover, this is definitely a dream job.
